Hey guys! Hope all is well. Things are great here with me. I just spent the weekend with 7 other girls talking, laughing, eating yummy food, taking nature walks, swimming in hidden springs and just having a BLAST so I am feeling pretty good right now. Sometimes getting away from everyday life and laughing ALOT is really good for you.
I am wanting to start a little blog series for the month of October that talks about how to get on track to be healthy. I will give you tips each week that you can take with you so that you have the tools to create a healthy lasting lifestyle. I will spread the tips out each week so that you have time to soak it in and then begin to take action. The key to a lasting lifestyle change is to go at a pace towards it that works for you. Some can decide to do it and do all the steps over night, and others work better by gradually working toward their goal. Baby steps or Big steps you want to make steps that will last
